Processing Time
All orders are carefully prepared and processed within 1-3 business days after payment is received. Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. Please note that processing times may be longer during holidays, product launches, or periods of high demand.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on customs processing, local postal services, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.
- Europe: 5–10 business days
- International destinations: 7–21 business days
Delivery Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before completing your order. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been placed and processed.
International Orders
International customers may be required to pay customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by their country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order.
Original Artwork (Physical Items)
This section applies to all original and physical artworks purchased from Marrillu. Each original artwork is carefully prepared, packaged, and shipped to the delivery address provided by the customer at checkout. We take responsibility for ensuring that the order is properly dispatched and handed over to the shipping carrier in good condition. While we ensure proper dispatch and packaging, we are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage occurring after the package has been handed over to the postal or courier service.
- Delivery is guaranteed to the shipping address provided at the time of purchase
- Shipping costs are calculated and clearly displayed at checkout before payment is completed
- All shipping fees are determined in advance based on destination and selected delivery method
Customs, Duties & Additional Fees
We do not have control over these charges and cannot predict or include them in advance, as they are determined by local authorities in each country. For international orders, please be aware that:
- Customs duties, import taxes, and additional local fees may apply depending on the destination country
- These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost
- Any additional taxes or import-related fees are the sole responsibility of the customer
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information (when available).
Lost or Delayed Packages
While we do our best to ensure safe delivery, Marrillu is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs procedures, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control. If your package appears to be lost, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
