REFUNDS & DIGITAL DOWNLOADS

Due to the nature of digital products: If you experience any technical issues with your files, you may contact me for assistance.

All sales are final
No refunds, cancellations, or exchanges are possible once a file has been downloaded or accessed

Digital products are delivered via: instant download links It is the customer’s responsibility to download and store their files safely.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

I ensure that each order is properly prepared and dispatched to the provided address. However, I am not responsible for: delays caused by postal or courier services lost, delayed, or damaged packages after shipment incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer

All physical artworks are shipped to the address provided at checkout
Orders are carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery
Shipping costs are calculated and shown before purchase
Tracking may be provided depending on the shipping method and destination

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All illustrations, designs, and content are protected by copyright law. Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership - it only grants a usage license as described in these Terms.

USER RESPONSIBILITY

The customer is responsible for:

ensuring file compatibility before purchase
proper use of the digital products
storing downloaded files securely

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

If purchases are made through third-party platforms (such as Etsy, PayPal, Stripe, etc.), their own terms and privacy policies also apply. I am not responsible for issues caused by third-party services.
